This Privacy Policy explains how the Sunrise Sampling Surprise Application (“Application”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information of its users. By accessing or using this Application, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Purpose of the Application
The Sunrise Sampling Surprise Application is developed to enable authorized DS to execute sampling-related activities such as outlet onboarding, QR code scanning, and task reporting. The Application also helps the Head Office (HO) monitor program execution through structured reports.

2. Authorized Access

• Only authorized DS users, approved and mapped through the backend system, are allowed to log in.
• User access is controlled and restricted to ensure system security.
• Any misuse or unauthorized activity may result in profile deactivation.

3. Information We Collect
The Application collects only necessary information required for program execution, including:

• DS Details: Name and mobile number for login and identification
• Outlet Details: Outlet name, address, and related business information
• UPI ID: Provided by the outlet for incentive or payout processing (if applicable)
• QR Code Information: Each outlet is assigned a unique QR code linked to the program
• Work Images: Images captured for program validation and reporting purposes

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as passwords, bank details, biometric data, or personal communications.

4. Camera Permission
Camera access is required only for:

• Scanning outlet QR codes
• Capturing work-related images as part of the sampling program

Camera data is used strictly for operational verification and is securely stored in encrypted format.

5. Location Permission
Location permission is required as a  core functionality  of the Application and is used only for the following purposes:

• QR Code Scanning  at the outlet
• Verification of outlet visits and on-ground activities  related to the program

Location data is accessed  only during active tasks  within the Application. This information is  not continuously tracked , and  not shared or misused  by any unauthorized party.

6. Data Security & Encryption

• All collected data is stored in encrypted form
• Data access is limited to authorized personnel only
• Adequate technical and organizational measures are implemented to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure

7. Data Retention & Deletion

• The Application retains data only for operational and reporting requirements
• Data may be auto-deleted periodically as per internal data retention policies
• User-related data can be deleted when no longer required for the program

8. Data Sharing

• User and outlet data is not shared with any third party
• Data is used strictly for internal program operations and reporting
• No data is sold, rented, or commercially exploited

9. OTP & Authentication
The Application may use OTP-based authentication for secure login.

• OTPs are used only for verification
• OTP data is not stored or shared with any external entity

10. Legal Compliance
This Application complies with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules.
This document is an electronic record generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.

11. User Consent
By using the Application, you:

• Consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in this Privacy Policy
• Confirm that the information provided is accurate and lawful
• Agree to comply with applicable system and program guidelines

12. Policy Updates
The Organizer reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time.
Any updates will be effective immediately upon being published within the Application.
